nature photography
In addition to my Bachelors of Fine Art Honours from York University in Toronto, Canada, I have been privileged to study at the prestigious Academy of Realist Art where I learned the classical techniques of European masters. I also studied traditional Buddhist painting at Rincheling Thangka Art School in Boudhanath Temple, Nepal.
I love nature photography, especially close-up work of fungi and insects. My photography has been published in journals, selected for a 2009 book of young Canadian artists titled Sync Resist, and featured in the November 2014 – January 2015 gallery exhibit, Creative Beginnings Recent Immigrant Artists, held in Jerusalem by the Association of Americans and Canadians in Israel (AACI).
